Spreading, dense, rounded, multi-stemmed shrub with arching branches.  White flowers throughout summer somewhat fragrant.  Flowers profusely on new growth.  Semi-evergreen dark green leaves with purple tinge in fall.  Full sun up to half shade.  Durable and adaptable.
