Dark green leaves with white undersides.  Yellow to red fall color.  Interesting flaky gray-brown bark.  An easy variety to transplant.  Excels at drought tolerance yet it will thrive in wet conditions.  Broad open form.  Prefers acidic soils.  Great oak selection.
